Managed B2B outbound infrastructure

Outbound that reaches the inbox, then reaches your team.

We build and run the whole system: a warmed sending domain kept away from yours, a prospect base where every address carries its evidence, campaigns run as experiments against real Gmail and Outlook, and a handoff that puts a warm reply in front of a person in under a minute.

Priced to your plan. Tooling at cost. No purchased lists.

Illustrative. Live programs show real readings.

Most cold email fails before anyone reads it.

Gmail and Outlook decide where a message lands on the reputation of the sender. The words come last. Three gates decide everything before them.

Reputation controls volume

Each mailbox sends what its reading allows that day. The cap moves up and down with the reading, never by hand.

Provenance controls who gets written to

Every address is published on the company's site or confirmed by its mail server. An inferred email is not an email.

Behavior controls the next message

Opened, replied, or neither. The next step is chosen by what the person did, and a reply ends the sequence at once.

Bring an ideal customer profile. Get conversations.

One team runs the whole machine.

You describe who you want to talk to. We build the base, warm the domain, run the campaigns, sort the replies and hand you the people who said yes, with enough context to call while the thread is still open.

What you see

Your team looks at the same board we do.

A shared CRM shows the base as it fills, each mailbox's cap for the day, every contact's state, and every reply with its classification. Anything not yet measured shows as not measured, never as zero.

How we get data, stated plainly

The compliance line is the product, not the small print.

Public business data only

Company sites, public directories, and commercial data sources. No personal data harvesting.

LinkedIn is human in the loop

A real seat, a real person, at a human pace. No bulk export, no scripted calls to private APIs.

Verified or published addresses only

An address is either on the company's own site or confirmed by its mail server. An inferred email is not an email.

No fabricated sender personas

Mail goes out from function mailboxes on your subdomain. Nobody invents a colleague.

Open rates reported as measured

Total opens and opens excluding known proxies, side by side. No screen leads with open rate alone.

No purchased lists

Every list is built from your ideal customer profile, and every row keeps its source.

Pricing

Priced to your plan, not to a tier.

Every program is sized from your ideal customer profile. You get the number on the call, with the plan next to it, after we have read your domain.

01

Your domain

We read its mail records right away. That reading is yours before any call.

02

Your fit

Four short answers. Every one optional. They decide the route.

03

Your call

Thirty minutes with the person who builds the system, and the number.

Questions

Why wait six to eight weeks?

A new mailbox has no reputation, and a mailbox that jumps straight to hundreds of messages a day looks like a spammer. The ramp is what earns the inbox. Skipping it is the most common way a campaign reaches filters instead of people.

Will this hurt my main domain?

No. Everything runs from a separate subdomain with its own mailboxes, DNS records and reputation. Your invoices and support replies keep leaving from where they always did.

Where does the data come from?

Company websites, public directories and commercial data sources, gathered from your ideal customer profile. Every field keeps its source. We only send to addresses that are published on the company's site or confirmed by its mail server.

What do you report?

Deliveries, opens, replies and what each person did, per message, per segment and per sequence, from real Gmail and Outlook. Opens are shown with and without known proxies. Anything we have not measured is shown as not measured, not as zero.

What happens to a reply?

An agent sorts it: interested, not now, wrong person, has a question. For an interested reply it can send information or a booking link. At the same moment your team gets the lead in Slack, in the CRM and on a shared calendar, with enough context to call while the person is still looking at the thread.

What does it cost?

A monthly retainer for building and running the system, with mailboxes, warmup and data tooling billed at cost. Pricing is on its own page and is confirmed on the call.

Bring your ideal customer profile. Leave with a plan for the first eight weeks.

Three screens, then thirty minutes with the person who builds the system. If outbound is not worth running for you, you hear that too.

Already running outbound? Say so and we start from your deliverability numbers.
